DP BLAST! DP BLAST! DP BLAST!
Hello, English Mavericks!
Hope everyone had a fun and relaxing vacation because it's officially time to swap our "last na talaga ini" mindset for deadlines, discussions, and the inevitable, "Ma'am/Sir, pwede pa po ma-extend?"
As classes begin this June 29, let's get our notebooks ready, dust off those dictionaries, and prepare for another year of reading stories, breaking down poems, and trying to figure out what the author really meant. Very scholar, very English major behavior. 😆
Here's to another year of learning, growth, and making more memories together.
Anyway, ready na ba kamo maging academic weapon again? From "one more episode" to "one more chapter," from complete sleep schedules to surprise quizzes, we're officially entering our student era again.

I am [NAME], a proud [YEAR LEVEL] English Maverick, officially saying goodbye to vacation mode and hello once again to deadlines, readings, recitations, and “later ko na himuon” moments.
Ready for another year of literary analyses, classroom discussions, recitations, and convincing myself that I already understand the reading after one quick scan (only to read it again five more times the night before class). 😆
College life may come with sleepless nights, surprise quizzes, and moments of questioning my life choices, but it also comes with lessons, experiences, friendships, and memories that make everything worth it.
As an English Maverick, I’m excited to learn, grow, make mistakes, improve, and create new stories worth looking back on someday. Together, as one department with one standard of excellence, we’ll continue to strive for growth while carrying the pride of being part of the English family. 💙
Here’s to another school year filled with learning, laughter, cramming sessions, shared struggles, small wins, and hopefully passing grades. See you around the campus, fellow Mavericks—let’s make Academic Year 2026–2027 one to remember! ✨
