The College of Hospitality Management is currently conducting the Day 1 sessions of the Food and Beverage Service Workshop in partnership with Evolve University, headed by Sir Bernie Mauro.

Students are actively engaging in discussions and hands-on activities focused on hospitality service excellence, customer relations, food safety, menu navigation, order taking, table setup, and wine service.

This training provides our future hospitality professionals with valuable industry-based knowledge and practical skills essential in the food and beverage sector.

From Concept to Celebration, our Section 2B and 2A from 2nd Year College of Hospitality Management students successfully conducted a Special Event through a Mock Christening as part of their partial fulfillment for Midterm requirements in HPC 4 โ€“ Introduction to MICE and HPC 3 โ€“ Fundamentals in Food Service Operations for the 2nd Semester, AY 2025โ€“2026 at General de Jesus College last April 11, 2026.๐Ÿ’š

This meaningful activity showcased the studentsโ€™ skills in careful planning, budgeting and costing, teamwork, organization, quality service delivery, and seamless event ex*****on which are essential competencies in the hospitality and events industry.

More than an academic requirement, it became a hands-on experience where classroom theories were transformed into real-world practice, preparing future professionals to create memorable events with excellence and heart.
