Warmest congratulations to the students of BSHM 2C as Event Organizers and BSHM 2B as Actors for the successful conduct of their Mock 18th Birthday Celebration as part of their culminating activity in HPC 4 โ Introduction to MICE Management.
The event became a beautiful showcase of the studentsโ talent, coordination, creativity, and dedication in the field of Hospitality and Event Management. From conceptualization to ex*****on, the students displayed professionalism, teamwork, and passion in creating a celebration that truly captured the essence of a memorable debut event.

The College of Hospitality Management is currently conducting the Day 1 sessions of the Food and Beverage Service Workshop in partnership with Evolve University, headed by Sir Bernie Mauro.
Students are actively engaging in discussions and hands-on activities focused on hospitality service excellence, customer relations, food safety, menu navigation, order taking, table setup, and wine service.
This training provides our future hospitality professionals with valuable industry-based knowledge and practical skills essential in the food and beverage sector.

From Concept to Celebration, our Section 2B and 2A from 2nd Year College of Hospitality Management students successfully conducted a Special Event through a Mock Christening as part of their partial fulfillment for Midterm requirements in HPC 4 โ Introduction to MICE and HPC 3 โ Fundamentals in Food Service Operations for the 2nd Semester, AY 2025โ2026 at General de Jesus College last April 11, 2026.๐
This meaningful activity showcased the studentsโ skills in careful planning, budgeting and costing, teamwork, organization, quality service delivery, and seamless event ex*****on which are essential competencies in the hospitality and events industry.
More than an academic requirement, it became a hands-on experience where classroom theories were transformed into real-world practice, preparing future professionals to create memorable events with excellence and heart.
