Enrolment schedule for Incoming Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Transferee pupils

WHEN: July 25 - August 22, 2022
WHERE: CAMARAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

WHAT TO BRING:
For Kindergarten pupils:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate

For Grade 1 pupils:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
2. Kindergarten ECD/Eccd Certificate

For Transferees:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
2. SF 9 or Report Card

Parents / guardians are requested to accompany their children during enrolment.

For Incoming Grade 2,3,4,5 and 6 pupils:
You may come or may not come to school personally to enrol. Just contact your previous advisers thru text, call or messenger to confirm your enrolment for the next grade level.

Classes for SY 2022-2023 starts August 22, 2022.

3. Gamitin ang entrance and exit sa ating gate na ginagamit ng mga bata sa kanilang pagpasok ngayong may limited face-to-face classes na.
4. Panatilihin po ang social distancing.
5. Magdala ng valid ID/voters ID/voters certification KUNG MERON para mas mabilis po kayong makilala ng mga g**o.
6. Ang oras ng pagboto ay mula ika-6 ng umaga hanggang ika-7 ng gabi.
