This initiative is pursuant to Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026 declaring a State of National Energy Emergency, and CHED Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson No. 117, s. 2026.

The survey aims to gather insights on how power outages, higher fuel and transport costs, and rising internet fees impact your access to education. Your responses will guide CHED in developing more inclusive and responsive learning approaches during this period.
