At the ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, the Registrar, Library, and Office of the Division Chief work together to provide essential services that support students from admission to graduation.

The Registrar keeps every scholarโ€™s academic journey properly documented by ensuring that important records, enrollment requirements, and school credentials are handled with care and accuracy. The Library opens doors to knowledge by providing books, references, learning spaces, and information resources that help students explore ideas beyond the classroom. Meanwhile, the Office of the Division Chief helps coordinate student services and programs so that scholars receive the support they need throughout their years in Pisay.

Their work may often happen behind the scenes, but their contribution is felt every day. They help create an environment where students can focus on learning, discovering, growing, and making the most of the opportunities available to them.

The ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง brings together the people behind Guidance and Counseling, Health Services, and the Residence Halls, all working to help students feel supported both inside and outside the classroom.

Our Guidance and Counseling staff provide spaces where students can reflect, seek advice, develop life skills, and navigate the challenges of adolescence and school life. Our Health Services team helps keep the Pisay community safe and healthy by attending to studentsโ€™ medical needs, promoting wellness, and providing care when it is needed most. Meanwhile, our Residence Hall staff help make the dormitories a safe and supportive home away from home, where students learn independence, responsibility, cooperation, and respect for others.

At , student development goes beyond academic achievement. Scholars are given opportunities to grow emotionally, socially, physically, and personally, with dedicated staff ready to guide, care, and support them along the way.

For prospective scholars, especially those who may be living away from home for the first time, Pisay Ilocos offers more than classrooms and laboratories.
