The new Multi Media Office was inaugurated last May 8,2024 during the second Charter Day celebration. BASC President Dr.Jameson H. Tan lead the blessing of the new building and this was officiated by Rev Fr.Angelito Santiago. Faculty Members from the different institutes, Non Teaching Staff students and guests graced the event. This Multimedia Office will also house the Foresight and Futures Thinking Office (FFTO).

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP)

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) conducted series of online classes with the members of the Administrative Council of Bulacan Agricultural State College ( BASC) for their Executive Course on Foresight and Futures Thinking ( FFT). The certificate course aimed to capacitate the members of AC about foresight and the different tools that can be utilized in the different scenarios. Later on, these scenarios were used as basis for crafting policies for BASC. In addition, DAP educate AC members about different scenarios which should be considered in crafting a policy. Participants were grouped to maximize their future plans for the next five, fifteen and up to twenty years. At the end of the training sessions, each of the group presented their future plans and the lecturers from DAP provided suggestions and comments for their policies. The training course lasted for 54 hours with a combination of synchronous and asynchronous modality.

“Executives Course Foresight and Futures Thinking (EC-FFT) For Bulacan Agricultural State College”

The proceedings commenced with a rendition of the national anthem, followed by an opening remark invocation delivered by Dr. Lizan Perante-Calina, Dean of GSPDM from DAP. Dr. Jameson H. Tan, President of BASC, graced the occasion with an inspirational message, expressing his profound appreciation for the meticulous organization of the event. The seminar was led by Mr. Giovanni Z. Baena, the workshop commenced with a comprehensive course overview, including online session guidelines. Participants are tasked with crafting bespoke strategic plans meticulously aligned with BASC's dynamic objectives and evolving needs.
