A Gift of Hope, A Step Toward Brighter Dreams

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn with confidence and dignity.
Rizal Integrated School extends its heartfelt gratitude to the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) for its generous donation of school bags and school supplies to our Indigenous learners.
As one of the schools in the Municipality of San Guillermo, Isabela with a significant population of Indigenous learners, we recognize the daily challenges that many of our students face. For some, having a brand-new school bag and complete learning materials is not always possible. Many have patiently continued using their old and worn-out bags, choosing to endure with determination rather than complain. Today, their smiles tell a different story, a story of hope, gratitude, and renewed motivation.
Under the leadership of Dr. Florosol R. Balisi, the entire Rizal Integrated School family warmly celebrates this meaningful act of generosity. These donated school bags and supplies are more than just educational materials, they are symbols of compassion, encouragement, and the community's unwavering belief in the dreams of every Indigenous learner.
Acts of charity like this remind us that kindness has the power to transform lives. A simple gift can ease a family's burden, boost a child's confidence, and inspire them to pursue education with greater enthusiasm. When communities unite to support education, they help build a future where no child is left behind because of financial hardship.
To the NCIP, thank you for your invaluable support and for championing the welfare and education of our Indigenous learners. Your generosity will leave a lasting impact not only in their classrooms but also in their hearts.
Together, let us continue to uplift one another, empower every learner, and nurture dreams one act of kindness at a time.
Maraming salamat, NCIP! Together, we create brighter futures for our Indigenous learners. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŽ’

Preparedness saves lives.

In support of the Second Quarter Nationwide Earthquake Drill (NSED), Rizal Integrated School successfully conducted its school-wide earthquake drill, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety, preparedness, and resilience of every member of the school community in times of emergencies.

The activity was spearheaded by Ma'am Techie C. Miguel, MAEd, together with the dedicated members of the School Rescue Team, who meticulously planned and executed the simulation to provide learners and personnel with realistic disaster-response experience.

The drill gathered the active participation of all learners from Kindergarten to Grade 12, along with the school's teaching and non-teaching personnel. Everyone faithfully practiced the proper earthquake response procedures, including the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" protocol, followed by an orderly evacuation to designated safe areas.

One of the highlights of the activity was the simulated casualty scenario in Grade 7, where a make-believe injured learner tested the preparedness and efficiency of the School Rescue Team. The team demonstrated a swift, coordinated, and systematic emergency response, showcasing both the before and after disaster scenarios to illustrate how immediate action, proper first aid, and organized rescue operations can help save lives during actual emergencies.

More than just a compliance activity, the earthquake drill served as an invaluable learning experience that equipped learners and school personnel with the knowledge, discipline, and confidence needed to respond calmly and effectively when disasters strike. Regular earthquake drills strengthen awareness, minimize panic, promote teamwork, and ensure that everyone understands their role in protecting lives during emergencies.

Through this successful participation in the Second Quarter Nationwide Earthquake Drill, Rizal Integrated School continues to foster a culture of preparedness, resilience, and shared responsibility, proving that safety is everyone's responsibility and that being prepared today can make all the difference tomorrow.

Together, we prepare. Together, we stay safe. Together, we build a stronger and more resilient Rizal Integrated School.๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿซ๐Ÿšจ

๐Ÿ†๐ŸŽจ RIZAL INTEGRATED SCHOOL CELEBRATES ANOTHER ARTISTIC TRIUMPH! ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ†

With immense pride and joy, the Rizal Integrated School family extends its warmest congratulations to Joemar Papa Dalere Jr. for emerging as one of the winners in the Open Arts Competition held during the 59th Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Guillermo.

This year's competition was open to all participants, making the challenge even more intense and prestigious. Contestants were given only two (2) hours to complete an artwork in a 1/4 illustration board based on the official theme of the celebration. The limited time proved to be one of the biggest obstacles, as many talented artists were unable to finish their masterpieces or even apply colors before the deadline.

Understanding the pressure of the competition, Joemar and his dedicated coach, Dr. Oliver A. Alambra, carefully devised a practical strategy. They adjusted their original concept, simplifying the composition without compromising creativity, symbolism, and artistic quality. Through careful planning, discipline, and effective time management, Joemar successfully completed his artwork exactly within the allotted time a decision that ultimately contributed to his remarkable 2nd runner up finish.

The competition was judged by a distinguished panel composed of Engr. Edelson C. Dela Cruz, Engr. Marc Quiano, and Head Teacher Randy Reyes, ensuring an objective and fair evaluation of every artwork. The event was ably supervised by the Working Committee Chairman, Dr. Florosol R. Balisi, whose leadership helped ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the competition.

Later that evening, during the Gawad Parangal, Joemar was proudly awarded a Plaque of Recognition and a Cash Prize, a well-deserved reward for his exceptional talent, perseverance, and composure under pressure. Standing beside him was his proud coach, Dr. Oliver A. Alambra, who shared in this memorable achievement.

We also commend our other delegate, Leigh Yanah Ferrer, from the Elementary Department, coached by Sir Jefferson D. Sister, for her admirable performance. Despite not securing a major award, Leigh displayed remarkable determination and resilience. She was notably the second participant to complete her artwork before the deadline, an impressive accomplishment considering the difficulty of the contest. Her dedication earned her a Consolation Prize, and more importantly, the respect and admiration of everyone who witnessed her hard work and commitment.

Your Rizal Integrated School family is incredibly proud of both of you for representing our school with excellence, courage, and unwavering determination. Your achievements serve as an inspiration to our entire learning community, proving that success is built not only on talent but also on preparation, adaptability, perseverance, and teamwork.

Once again, congratulations to our artists and coaches! May this achievement inspire more young talents to pursue excellence in the arts and continue bringing honor to Rizal Integrated School.
