Binuksan na ng San Francisco Municipal College (SFMC) ang pagtanggap ng walk-in applications para sa Academic Year 2026–2027. Ayon sa pamunuan ng kolehiyo, hindi na ilalabas ang listahan ng mga entrance examinees at tanging ang listahan lamang ng mga nakapasa at kwalipikadong makapag-enroll ang ipo-post sa kanilang opisyal na page.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng aplikante na kumpletuhin at dalhin ang mga kinakailangang dokumento bago kumuha ng entrance examination, kabilang ang birth certificate, school records, good moral certificate, at iba pang requirements. Samantala, nakatakda namang ianunsyo sa mga susunod na araw ang enrollment schedule at iba pang mahahalagang abiso.

San Francisco Municipal College is now accepting 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊-𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 for admission for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

Please be informed that the College will 𝐍𝐎 𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓 the list of entrance examinees. Instead, only the 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 the entrance examination and qualified for enrollment will be posted on our official page.

The schedule for enrollment will also be announced soon, so stay updated and keep posted for further announcements and important reminders.

All applicants are advised to prepare and bring the following documents to the Office of the College Registrar before entering the designated examination room:
• PSA-issued Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
• PSA-issued Marriage Contract (for married females only)
• Certificate of Indigency
• Certificate of Good Moral
• School Card
a. Grade 11 Report Card (for current Grade 12 students) – photocopy only with the signature of
Grade 12 adviser
b. For SHS Graduates – Grade 12 Card (Original & Photocopy)
• Two (2x2) ID pictures with white background
• Long brown envelope and plastic envelope
• Entrance Examination Fee: ₱75.00

San Francisco Municipal College recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of its faculty members who recently presented their research studies in academic conferences and research colloquia, demonstrating excellence in research, innovation, and commitment to quality education.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐑. 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 and 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐁. 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 successfully presented their respective research studies during the 7th IPOPHL-DLSU Intellectual Property and Innovation Research Conference held last April 8, 2026. Prof. Briones presented her study titled, “Promoting Healthy Habits During the Pandemic through Digital Instruction,” while Ma’am Villareal showcased her research titled, “Role of Strategic Pedagogical Interventions and Physical Education Outcomes in Selected Colleges in the 3rd District of Quezon Province: Basis for a Development Program.” The conference, themed “DASH-DITECH: Advancing Sports and Health through Intellectual Property and Innovation,” was organized by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) in partnership with De La Salle University.

In addition, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐕. 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐨, together with her co-author Dr. Mari Jane A. Lee, Dean of the Graduate School of Southern Luzon State University, presented their research study titled, “Work Engagement of Public School Teachers in Building Continuous Improvement (CI) Framework,” during the Annual Teachers and Educators Convention and Research Colloquium 2026 held at Batangas State University – Main Campus, Batangas City on April 29–30, 2026. The event carried the theme, “Advancing SDG 4: Strengthening Teacher Education for Quality Learning in Region IV-A,” and was organized by the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE Region IV-A) in partnership with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region IV-A.

These remarkable achievements highlight the faculty members’ dedication to academic excellence, educational research, and professional advancement. Their active participation in national academic platforms continues to bring pride and honor to the institution while strengthening its commitment to research-driven and transformative education.

Last April 24, 2026, San Francisco Municipal College welcomed the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Quality Assessment Team for the evaluation of the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management program for its application for the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC).

The evaluation was conducted by Dr. Rogelio Llable and Dr. Maricel Herrera, members of the Regional Quality Assessment Team, who carried out a thorough assessment of the program’s academic standards, compliance requirements, instructional delivery, and institutional facilities in alignment with CHED quality benchmarks.

SFMC also extends its sincere appreciation to the esteemed guests who graced the event and showed their support for the institution’s academic endeavors: Sangguniang Bayan Members Hon. Ermel Jao Jr. and Hon. Jazzy Alega, Executive Assistant Katrina N. Fornesa, and Board of Trustees Member and Municipal Budget Officer Ma’am Aisa Postrado.

With deep gratitude, SFMC acknowledges the continued support and commitment of Hon. Joselito R. Alega, SFMC President and Municipal Mayor, Hon. San Francisco Municipal College successfully conducted its Culminating Activity, signifying the completion of the semester for students across various academic programs. The event highlighted students’ scholarly efforts, creativity, and applied competencies through the presentation of outputs, performances, and project-based outputs that demonstrate their academic development throughout the term.

Through a series of academic presentations and skills-based demonstrations, students were provided with the opportunity to exhibit their learning in practical and meaningful contexts. The activity served not only as a terminal requirement but also as a formal recognition of students’ dedication, perseverance, and academic achievement.

SFMC extends its sincere appreciation to the invited guests, panelists, and judges for their valuable time, expertise, and constructive evaluations. Their participation significantly contributed to the academic enrichment and overall success of the event.
