Rabiya Mateo reportedly achieved a 741 General Performance Score (GPS) on the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT), a standardized exam required for admission to medical schools in the Philippines. The score reportedly places her among the top 1% of test takers nationwide.

Mateo first rose to national prominence after winning Miss Universe Philippines 2020, where she later represented the country at the Miss Universe 2020 competition. Before entering pageantry and show business, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Iloilo Doctors’ College and has long expressed her dream of becoming a doctor.

In previous interviews, Mateo shared that returning to medicine has always been part of her long-term goal, even while pursuing opportunities in entertainment, hosting, and advocacy work.
