All applicants are advised to prepare and bring the following documents to the Office of the College Registrar before entering the designated examination room:
• PSA-issued Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
• PSA-issued Marriage Contract (for married females only)
• Certificate of Indigency
• Certificate of Good Moral
• Grade 12 Card (Original & Photocopy)
• Two (2x2) ID pictures with a white background
• Long brown envelope and plastic envelope
• Entrance Examination Fee: ₱75.00

Ang Eid’l Adha ay isa sa pinakamahalagang pagdiriwang sa pananampalatayang Islam na sumisimbolo sa pananampalataya, sakripisyo, at pagkakaisa.

For incoming first year students who passed the entrance examination, please be guided by the date of your schedule for the confirmation of your slot. Kindly follow the schedule:

📍May 19, 2026- Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education
📍May 20, 2026- Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management
📍May 21, 2026- Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship

Please confirm your slot within the scheduled dates. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of admission.
