Look, the recently concluded ROTC Training that was held last January 30, 2026, was successfully conducted at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center, located at High School Boulevard, Barangay Lourdes, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, the designated training grounds of the institution. The activity was participated in by ROTC cadets under the supervision of the ROTC Commandant, training staff, and tactical officers.
The training aimed to enhance the cadets’ discipline, leadership skills, teamwork, and sense of patriotism. It also focused on strengthening their physical fitness, mental resilience, and preparedness in responding to emergency situations and community service responsibilities.
The activity commenced with an opening formation, attendance, and briefing of safety protocols and objectives. A cadet march was carried out within the downtown vicinity of the City of San Fernando. Comprehensive safety measures were strictly observed to safeguard the cadets, officers, and staff. Additionally, formal letters were duly distributed to the Local Government Unit of CSFP and the involved barangays to obtain authorization for the activity.
Throughout the training period, cadets actively participated in drills and ceremonies, squad formations, basic military courtesies, leadership exercises. Practical demonstrations and hands-on activities were conducted to ensure that cadets fully understood and applied the lessons taught.
The cadets demonstrated commendable discipline, cooperation, and enthusiasm during the entire duration of the training. Their active participation reflected their commitment to the core values of ROTC—patriotism, service, integrity, and excellence.
Furthermore, closing formation where reminders, announcements, and words of encouragement were delivered promptly with the affiliated military partner, achieving its objectives and further strengthening the unity and capability of the ROTC unit.
Overall, we will remain committed to shaping and training our future cadets with resilience, brotherhood, and solidarity, and persist in developing and training our future cadets, instilling discipline, unity, and esprit de corps.
