Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2003, which institutionalizes the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-0), and in compliance to Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) Regulation No. 5 s.2007, which
institutionalizes the Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Program, in adherence to OUOPS No. 2023-03 Memorandum titled "Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP) for the S.Y. 2023-2024" election proper.

In line with this, School Heads, together with their Youth Commission on Elections, and Appointments (Youth COMEA) are enjoined to conduct and facilitate student organizations' elections, including the YES-0 and BKD
elections. Furthermore, the schedule of the YES-0 and BKD Elections shall be as follows:

“In line with the institution’s advocacy for student wellness, The BKD officers led the No to Drugs Awareness Campaign as part of the school’s continuing efforts to promote discipline and responsibility.”

👉 Ang mga mahuhuli ay papatawan ng multa at kaukulang parusa ayon sa batas.

Penalty hangang 5000 pesos at pagkakakulong ng hindi hihigit sa 1 taon sa mga establishments at mga tindahan.

Hindi hihigit sa 2500 pesos at community service para sa individual na mahuhuli.

Presidents of the Barkada Kontra Droga Organization from across the Schools Division Office - City of San Fernando gathered to elect a new set of the organization's Division Federated officers.

The event was led and facilitated by the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) officers, with guidance from the Youth Formation Coordinators and Division Information Technology Officer to facilitate the Computer Based Election process.

A heartfelt welcome message from Dr. Jerry Dimla Cruz, CESO VI, was delivered through Dr. Lawrence G. Agapito, Chief of the School Governance and Operations Division, who also shared the statement of purpose and delivered a powerful call to action, inspiring all BKD learner-leaders to rise as champions of a drug-free generation. The program reached its peak with the empowering and purpose-driven words of Dr. Shirley B. Zipagan, CESO VI, Officer-In-Charge, Schools Division Superintendent, igniting the commitment of every young leader present to lead with integrity, courage, and vision for a better future.
