The SHS Voucher Program online application for Grade 11 learners under Category E for SY 2026–2027 is now open. To learn more about the new applicant categories, eligibility criteria, and application process, please read the announcement. Category E learners may apply at https://ovap.peac.org.ph/. (Category E Learners: Grade 10 completers from private schools,
who are not ESC grantees, from poor to middle-middle income households, based on classifications established by the Philippine Institute for Development Studies.)

Announcement on the SHS Voucher Program Application

The application for the SHS Voucher Program for incoming Grade 11 students in SY 2026-2027 will open soon.

Please be informed that the Department of Education, through Department Order No. 11, s. 2026, instituted some changes on the eligibility of applicants starting SY 26-27. You may access the full text of DO 11 through this link: https://www.deped.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/DO_s2026_011r.pdf.

In preparation for the opening of the online application, the PEAC is issuing preliminary information to guide learners and parents as to who are eligible, what are the categories of applicants, where to apply based on the category, how to apply through Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP), and what documents need to be submitted (Step 5).

We shall announce the opening of the application via OVAP as soon as DepEd releases the application timeline.

The administrators of BHC Educational Institution, Inc. attend the 2026 K to 10 Bootcamp for Certifiers of the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC), held on May 7–9 at Summit Galleria Cebu.

Mrs. Loreta I. Cepriaso (School Director), Mr. Danilo M. Laroya Jr. (High School Principal), and Mrs. Grace Holt (Academic Coordinator), certifiers from BHC, were among the more than 400 selected participants who attended the rigorous seminar-training focused on quality assurance for schools for School Year 2026–2027.

During the event, Mr. Laroya was also recognized for his five years of dedicated service as a Junior High School Certifier under the Educational Service Contracting Program, in recognition of his contribution to the continuous improvement and quality assurance of private schools in the country.
