ADVISORY | 4-Day Work Week Schedule

Please be informed that FEU Pampanga will implement a four (4)-day work week starting March 30, 2026, until further notice, as part of its operational efficiency and energy conservation initiatives following the declaration of State of National Energy Emergency.

During this period:
• Offices will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• No office operations on Wednesdays
• Affected face-to-face classes will transition to online synchronous learning or will be rescheduled to onsite days. Students are advised to coordinate with their respective faculty/advisers

Greetings, Tamaraws!

Please be informed that student clearance will now be facilitated online through the Student Portal.

You may now view the list of clearance requirements by navigating to Home > Task in your account.

For those who have already received a printed copy of the clearance form, please visit the MIS Department once all sections have been signed.

Additionally, kindly take note of the following:

-Clearance for extension programs will be processed through printed forms from the Finance Office
-Failure to complete the clearance, semester grades will not be available
-No fully signed clearance, no enrollment for the following semester (2nd sem. 2025-2026)
