STUDENT PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST MECHANICS
1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to all San Agustin Integrated students.
Participants must be currently enrolled for the academic year 2024-2025
Entries must be submitted individually (no group entries).
2. THEME
The theme for this contest is “BABAE SA LAHAT NG SEKTOR, AANGAT ANG BUKAS SA BAGONG PILIPINAS".
Photos should creatively interpret the theme and showcase originality.
3. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Each participant may submit up to TWO (2) entries.
Photos must be taken by the student and should not have been submitted to other contests.
Allowed file formats: JPEG/PNG
Basic editing (e.g., brightness, contrast, cropping) is allowed, but excessive manipulation or AI-generated images are not permitted.
Each entry must include:
Title of the photo
Brief description [max Twenty (20) words]
Location and date of capture
Submit entries via email or Google Drive on March 10-17, 2025
4. JUDGING CRITERIA
Creativity & Originality – [30%]
Relevance to Theme – [25%]
Technical Excellence (lighting, focus, composition) – [ 25%]
Overall Impact – [20%]
5. SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT
All submitted photos will be uploaded to the official social media page of San Agustin Integrated School on March 18, 2025
Participants are encouraged to share their entries to gather likes and shares.
People’s Choice Award: The entry with the most combined likes and shares by March 21, 2025 will win a special award.
Social media engagement will not affect the main judging criteria but will determine the winner of the People’s Choice Award.

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting an entry, participants grant San Agustin Integrated School the right to use their photos for promotional or educational purposes (with credit).
Photos must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
The judges’ decision is final and cannot be appealed.
Winners will be announced on March 26, 2025
