The Ascendens Asia International Research Institute (AAIRI) successfully concluded the 1st Edition of its Research Advancement Webinar Series (RAWS 1st Edition) with another impactful session, this webinar gathered a dedicated group of educators, professionals, and students to strengthen global research competencies. The session featured a presentation titled "From Research Idea to Publication: A Practical Guide for Emerging Scholars," by Dr. Elpidia Juli.

The session outlined key stages of the publication process, from refining research concepts to preparing manuscripts for submission. The virtual event featured an insightful discussion on "Academic Research Writing in Human Resource and Business Management," delivered by Dr. Michael Angelo Alejandro, CHRP, instructor of various academic institutions.

The presentation explored evidence-based approaches to academic research writing, emphasizing the importance of producing relevant and credible studies that address real world organizational challenges. Meet Dr. Steve Sharra, an accomplished educator, policy analyst, researcher, and academic leader from Malawi.
