As of 2:00 AM today, 02 December 2025, Tropical Depression "KOTO" (formerly VERBENA) is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Meanwhile, theLow Pressure Area (LPA 12a) is being monitored OUTSIDE PAR and has a “HIGH” potential of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

PAHIBALO | Giluwatan ni San Fernando Mayor Mytha Canoy ang memorandum nga nagmando sa pagpatuman og preemptive evacuation karong ala-1 sa hapon, November 24, 2025.
Subay sa maong mando, ang tanang barangay kapitan mopatuman og evacuation order sa mga pamilya o kabalayan nga possibleng maigo sa pagbaha (flooding), pagdahili sa yuta (landslides), ug pagsaka sa tubig sa dagat (storm surges).
Matod sa DOST-PAGASA, ang Tropical Cyclone “Verbena” magdala og tubig nga moabot sa 100-200MM nga maoy maghatag og grabeng pag-uwan sa Probinsya sa Sugbo karon ug ugma, November 24-25, 2025.
Kun ugaling bout ninyong mo evacuate, andam ug abli na ang atoang mga designated evacuation centers.
Giawhag ang tanan sa pagmabinantayon sa palibot ug panahon. Amping kita, Sanfernandohanons!
