The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management successfully hosted its 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘂𝗺 on March 27, 2025, at the Msgr. Ricardo T. Serrano Auditorium. This event served as a platform for both faculty members and students to present their innovative research, addressing current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the hospitality and tourism industry.

With the theme "Bridging Theory and Practice", the colloquium emphasized the importance of integrating academic knowledge with real-world applications. The research presented showcased groundbreaking insights that can contribute to the continuous growth and development of the industry.

Last February, UA proudly welcomed Professor Byungdeok Kang and students from Handong Global University for their Global Rotation Program!

With the support of faculty, including our very own Professor Alia Amor Uy and Dr. Jovie D. Bondoc from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management, students from Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, and Industrial Engineering collaborated on sustainability projects in Sitio Matahimik, Brgy. Del Pilar, CSFP 🌱♻️

Upon arrival, our Tourism Management students gave them a warm welcome with a campus tour, showcasing UA’s rich history, facilities, and vibrant student life. Our Korean guests also got to experience UA’s signature hospitality at Domus Mariae International Center, where our Hospitality Management students ensured a comfortable and memorable visit.

Through collaboration, cultural exchange, and shared learning, we continue to empower communities and create meaningful change 🩷
