5. Discussion of new set of BODs as a replacement to other resigned BODs.

1. Board resolution for extending terms of Alumni Officers from 1 year to 2 years.
2. Board resolution for the replacement of Resigned Vice President Mr. Ryan Garcia to our new Vice President Ms May Gamboa.
3. Board resolution for ammending existing bylaws for removal of inactive officers.
4. Planning and discussion of next fund raising event.
5. Sorting all active representative per Batch

Donation of industrial fans for DCIS from the proceeds of Bingo Bonanza. Once again, many thanks to those who supported and purchased tickets to make the project successful and ofcourse to my fellow officers and BODs.

Good day! Declaring transparency after fundraising is a very important step to maintain trust and credibility with donors, supporters, and stakeholders. Please see the collected amounts and expenses from the Bingo Bonanza event last July 13, 2025. We as officers are very grateful to all those who bought tickets and supported us. Hardcopy of the documents are available upon request.

Today the formal turn over from the out going officers to the incoming officers has been concluded... All pertinent documents that are vital for the continuity of the operation of our alumni association have been turnover. Part of it is the financial report as attached below, some attachement, supporting documents and other details of the financial report are readily available to our board secretary F.
