โTo further enhance community involvement and servant leadership, student leaders gathered for a leadership training anchored to the theme, "CKCian Leaders: Bearers of Hope," held at Christ the King College (CKC) High School Campus Audio-Visual Room (AVR) and Library, September 27.

โStudent leaders took part in sessions led by distinguished speakers, which focused on emphasizing leadership rooted in genuine service, highlighting the value of integrity and stewardship, and building communities through collaboration.
โ
โMoreover, Ms. May Buccat and Ms. Donabel Nacionales highlighted that true leaders come to serve, not to be served.
โโ"In the midst of these problems, we rise up for our community and our school," Mr. Jhon Paulo Gonzales, one of the notable speakers, asserted.
โTo observe reflection and application of insights, all student leaders proceeded with washing of the feet, signifying humility and servant leadership.
โ
It was followed by a poster slogan making to further display the true value stewardship.
Furthermore, student leaders were then tasked to build a functional bridge with newspapers and tape which pushed them to collaborate together and learn the true meaning of teamwork.

โFinally, school personnel gave their blessings and affirmed student leaders through the Induction Rites.

Anchored in the theme โLocal Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyond,โ the Student Body Association (SBA) officers, alongside other student leaders from Christ the King College (CKC) High School, garnered second place in the Boses ng Kabataan Jingle Making Competition where they expressed their unwavering spirit for local youth actions toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at City of San Fernando La Union Peopleโs Hall, September 17.
The program formally began with a prayer and the singing of the national, bagong Pilipinas, provincial, and city hymns, followed by the introduction of the board of judges.
Several youth organizations showcased their goals and diverse innovations during the jingle competition, highlighting the extensive capacity of youth voices to speak up for a cause.
Moreover, the Boses ng Kabataan Vocal Duet contestants moved hearts with their synchronized voices and harmonic blend.
The jingle participants placed second out of six youth organizations through the support of their coaches, Mr. Jerry De La Cruz and Mr. Rogelio Oredina Jr., together with the entire CKC community.
The program concluded with photo opportunities with the contestants and board of judges.
