What an inspiring start to the conference it has been!

The event was opened by an energizing Welcome Message from 𝙈𝙧. 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙟𝙖𝙮 𝘼. 𝙎𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙣, Chief Administrative Officer of the City College of Angeles.

This was followed by meaningful messages from the event's co host:

The morning’s centerpiece was the Keynote Speech delivered by 𝘿𝙧. 𝙀𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙋. 𝘿𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙣, Chairman of the Pampanga Research Educators Organization, who framed the importance of research in advancing sustainable and AI-driven futures.

Our Plenary Session brought together powerhouse experts from across the globe:
