When: Starting September 11, 2024

Where: HelpDesk Portal https://promotions.ctu.edu.ph/helpdesk

How: All request related to our 3 core services will be facilitated through the Helpdesk Portal

Note: All CTU email concern for Freshmen Students is provided via Admission Portal Tracking Code.

For CTU Email concerns of Old Students must be requested via HelpDesk portal.
