Pursuant to Resolution No. 04-2526, the CEA Departmental Council, through the outgoing Governor, Catherine R. Ramos, and with the approval of the Academic Dean, hereby confirms the appointment of Art Jun Wrenz P. Ancheta as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Governor for the Academic Year 2026–2027.✨

Following the declaration of vacancy during the College Student Council Elections due to the absence of formally filed candidacies for the position, the appointment was made in accordance with the council’s procedures and guidelines.

Through this resolution, the CEA Departmental Council and the College Student Council ensure the continuity of leadership and strengthen student representation within the CEA community, upholding the values of leadership, integrity, and commitment in carrying out the responsibilities of the office with excellence and dedication. 🐉🔥

Stepping up to lead is harder than ever. It is a responsibility that requires sacrifice and it's no surprise that many people hesitate to try because of how leadership is being deemed as right now: a Burden of Responsibility.

As our upcoming election approaches, let this be a reminder to all: the responsibility of choosing our leaders belongs to us. A fair election only works if we take our choices seriously.

True leadership and progress can only stem from transparent, trustworthy systems. Real leadership requires honesty, transparency, and a genuine heart for service. A fair and honest election isn't a given; it's a standard we have to uphold together.

The leaders we choose today are the ones who will actually advocate for our needs and shape our student experience this coming year. But when we stop taking elections seriously, we give up on the idea that our voices actually matter.

Let’s protect the integrity of our elections. Let’s show up, value our own voices, and make sure our votes stand for something real. 🗳️⚖️
