• Photocopy of Birth Certificate (preferably PSA/NSO)
• Photocopy of Official School Report Card with final grades, school logo, and signed by the Principal/Adviser
• ALS Certificate (for ALS learners)
• Medical or Employment Certificate (for Open High School applicants)

Our Orientation on the Conduct of the Summer Academic Remedial Program sets the tone for a purposeful and supportive intervention—ensuring that no learner is left behind as we bridge gaps and strengthen academic foundations.
Today, May 5, 2026, we have successfully conducted our Orientation on the Summer Academic Remedial Program for both students and parents. The activity aimed to guide learners in strengthening their academic competencies while providing parents with a clear understanding of their role in supporting their child’s progress. Important policies, expectations, and schedules were discussed to ensure a smooth and effective implementation of the program. This initiative reflects our commitment to helping learners catch up, improve, and prepare for the next academic year. Together, with the support of parents and the dedication of our learners, we look forward to a productive and meaningful summer learning experience.
