On this glorious day, we celebrate the triumph of life over death, light over darkness, and hope over despair.

Easter Sunday brings us to the empty tomb—a powerful reminder that what once seemed lost, broken, and defeated has been made new. The silence of yesterday is now filled with joy, for Christ has risen, just as He promised.

In this moment of victory, we are reminded that no sorrow is permanent, no struggle is without purpose, and no ending is ever truly the end when God is at work. What was once a place of grief has become a source of unshakable hope.

Today calls us to rise with faith, to leave behind our doubts and fears, and to embrace the new life offered to us. It invites us to carry the light of the Resurrection into our own lives—renewed, restored, and strengthened in spirit.

As we rejoice in this new beginning, may our hearts be filled with gratitude and our lives reflect the joy of this day. For in Him, we are reminded that even after the darkest nights, the dawn will always come.

Every thorn and every nail represents a burden carried by a Savior who chose our freedom over His own comfort and life.

The College of Business and Accountancy proudly congratulates our CBA Powerdance Team for securing First Runner-Up in the Powerdance competition of Palarong Luwisyano 2026: Louisian Fire: Courage in Action, Spirit in Motion. Your performance captured attention not only through its precision and intensity, but through the powerful message behind every movement. The choreography reminded the audience that dance can be more than spectacle. It can challenge, question, and spark reflection.

At a time when conversations about corruption continue to shape national discourse in the Philippines, your performance reminded a reality many Filipinos confront today. Through art and storytelling, you translated this concern into a message that resonated beyond the stage. The result may say First Runner-Up, yet the meaning behind the performance carries a deeper victory. Like a phoenix rising through flame, your team turned the stage into a space for truth, courage, and awareness. The College of Business and Accountancy thanks you for representing the department with conviction, creativity, and purpose.
