At Kiddie Shine Learning Center, the health and safety of our learners, families, and educators will always come first. We encourage everyone to remain indoors, exercise caution, and stay updated through official weather advisories until conditions improve.

​Pursuant to Executive Order No. 42, classes at all levels and work in government offices in the Province of La Union are suspended tomorrow, August 5, 2026, due to the Orange Rainfall Warning issued amid the Low Pressure Area and Southwest Monsoon.

​Suspension of work in private companies is also encouraged and left at the discretion of their respective heads of office.

Offices providing essential services, such as health, disaster risk reduction, and emergency response, will remain fully operational.

Our little SHINE Kiddies brought the colors of Nutrition Month to life as they danced with confidence, joy, and big smiles in their adorable fruit and vegetable costumes! 🍎🥕🍌🥦

Beyond the fun and excitement, this activity encourages children to appreciate healthy foods while building their confidence, creativity, coordination, and love for learning. Every cheerful step reminds us that healthy habits can begin at an early age—and learning is always more meaningful when it's filled with laughter and smiles! 💚✨

🍲✨ Learning Through Cooking at Kiddie Shine Learning Center! ✨🍲

Our little chefs had a delightful time making Macaroni Soup! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Through this fun and hands-on activity, our SHINE KIDDIES learned that the kitchen is also a wonderful place for discovery.

Together, they explored:
🧪 Science – Identifying Go, Grow, and Glow foods and learning about solids, liquids, and gases.

🥕 Health – Understanding the importance of vitamins and nutrients for a healthy body.

📏 Math – Measuring the volume and mass of ingredients.

❤️ Values – Appreciating nutritious meals, teamwork, and the joy of healthy eating.

🍴 Life Skills – Practicing proper food preparation, using kitchen tools safely, and following cooking precautions.

Our After-School Graders had a wonderful time expressing themselves through creative doodling and art activities. 🎨🖍️ Through every line, shape, and color, children learn to regulate their emotions, build confidence, and communicate their ideas in a positive way.
