No voluntary or mandatory fees will be collected from parents or learners for:
✔️ Graduation and Moving-Up Ceremonies
✔️ Program materials and decorations
✔️ Tokens, souvenirs, and other related expenses

All activities will be conducted using available school resources to promote free, inclusive, and accessible education for all learners.
