✨BSP-GSP Joint School Encampment 2024

The scouters of San Agustin Integrated School-Main, once again showed their leadership and versatility during the conduct of the BSP-GSP Joint School-Based Encampment at San Agustin on March 15-16, 2024. The scouting revolved around the theme “Matatag Scouts:Building Strong Foundation Together”. This activity involves scouters to perform and develop their skills and abilities as well as the value of sportsmanship, leadership and teamwork.

In line with this, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the people for their generous support in making our school encampment possible. Your contribution has enabled us to provide our scouters with a transformative outdoor experience, fostering teamwork, personal growth, and unforgettable memories. Investiture ceremony is an important event where a school entrusts its upcoming leaders with certain roles and responsibilities.

It was a proud moment for San Agustin Integrated School successfully organized the Joint BSP-GSP Investiture Ceremony which was held at Walter Mart under the leadership of our school principal, Ma'am Alona G. Sison. This event for our scouters is a great oppurtunity to acknowledge their commitment to scouting and leadership.

Without the kindness and encouragement of those who supported us, this event would not have been possible. In line with this, we would like to sincerely thank and appreciate the following people for their help and support during this program.

2nd City of San Fernando Join in Encampment

Boy Scouts epitomize the essence of teamwork, where camaraderie, cooperation, and shared responsibility are not just ideals, but a way of life. Through activities like setting up camp, orienteering, and completing service projects, Scouts learn the importance of working together toward a common purpose. Boy Scouts embody the spirit of collaboration, recognizing that their collective strength is greater than the sum of their individual abilities.

Simultaneous Tree Planting

The SAIS Scouts participated in the Inter-School Lantern Parade Competition held at Heroes Hall, CSFP yesterday (December 1).

The purpose of the activity is to commemorate and promote our culture.

The SAIS Main Scouting Family would like to express their sincere congratulations to our GSP Coordinator, Ma'am Patricia S. Aga, the teacher coach, and to Chariz Gayle A. Cunanan, who placed fourth in the elementary level features writing competition at the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC).🥳👏

Your dedication, teamwork, and outdoor skills are truly commendable. Here's to the memories made, challenges conquered, and the spirit of camaraderie you've embraced. Well done, adventurers!

A heartfelt thank you to our school principal, Ma'am Agnes S. Lacayanan, for giving our scouts the oppurtunity to participate in this kind of activity and for her constant support during the encampment. Additionally, we are grateful to our SAIS parents for their love and support to our scouts, as well as to our barangay officials, headed by our Barangay Captain Amando Santos, for providing us a Barangay Patrol. Your unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement made this outdoor adventure a success, nurturing their growth and fostering a love for exploration and teamwork. 𝙄𝙩'𝙨 𝙖 𝙬𝙧𝙖𝙥! ⚜️

Our SAIS Boy Scouts joined in the parade during School Palaro and they represent the program as the flag bearers. Our school coordinators, Ma'am Nerissa S. David and Sir Allan-Christian Carlos , and our school principal, Ma'am Agnes S. Lacayanan, worked together to effectively plan this program. This program was executed excellently.

-JAMBOREE ON THE AIR 2023-

Every year, during JOTA, scouts from around the world use amateur radio to communicate with one another. This is not only provide opportunities to try fun activities and talk with Scouts from around the country and world, but participation can fulfill requirements for adventures.

One of our SAIS Scouts and Troop Leaders took part in the yearly event "JOTA 2023" that was organized by our Scouting Committees under the leadership of Mr. Felino M. Sawal, our BSP Supervisor. In line with this, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all the scouting committees for sharing their expertise about BSP and allowing our scouts to experience using amateur radio for communication.

Unity is strength when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.
