Through the support of CO Funds, our school continues to provide hot and nutritious meals that help nourish our learners, support their health and well-being, and prepare them for better participation in learning. 📚✨

Flag Ceremony, ASEAN Integration Celebration, and Active Shooting Drill Orientation 🇵🇭🌏

This morning, Bangbangolan National High School conducted its regular Flag Ceremony, highlighted by our ASEAN Integration Celebration and an important orientation on the proper response to an Active Shooting Drill Alert Signal.

The orientation emphasized that being informed can save lives. Every learner must understand what is happening in the school, remain calm, and most importantly, listen carefully to the instructions of their advisers, teachers, and school authorities.

During an active threat or emergency situation, learners are reminded that their safety depends on their ability to follow established procedures and respond appropriately to instructions. Teachers and advisers play a vital role in guiding learners, maintaining order, accounting for students, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.

The activity also strengthened the coordination and activation of the School DRRM Team, ensuring that our school personnel are prepared to respond, communicate, and work together during emergencies.

Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Know the alert. Stay calm. Listen to your teacher. Follow instructions. Protect one another.

At Bangbangolan National High School, we continue to build a culture of preparedness, awareness, discipline, and collective responsibility.

📢 IMPORTANT SCHOOL SAFETY ADVISORY

Good morning, everyone!

Please be informed that, due to the reported cancellation of face-to-face classes in several areas brought about by inclement weather, the scheduled Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack Incidents on August 25, 2026 is hereby POSTPONED TO NEXT WEEK.

📌 A formal Advisory regarding the postponement will be released within the day.

In the meantime, all concerned personnel are advised to remain prepared and await further official instructions. DepEd Regional Directors are likewise directed to coordinate with their DILG, PNP, and BFP counterparts regarding the postponement and subsequent conduct of the activity.

We thank everyone for your understanding, cooperation, and continued commitment to school safety.

Bangbangolan National High School will participate in the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack Incidents as part of our continuing commitment to strengthen the preparedness, awareness, and safety of our learners and personnel.

Threat Alert → Lockout → Lockdown → Run/Hide → Accountability → Incident Management → Responder Coordination → Authorized Clearance → All Clear → Reunification → 4H Learning Continuity

📌 PLEASE REMEMBER:

✅ This is a controlled simulation drill for preparedness and learning.
✅ There will be no real weapons, violence, or physical confrontation.
✅ Stay calm and follow the instructions of school personnel.
✅ Respond according to your location and the situation.
✅ Prioritize safety and accountability.

Bangbangolan National High School continues to nourish not only the minds but also the bodies of our learners through the provision of hot and nutritious meals to our beneficiaries under the School Feeding Program, supported through CO Funds.

Today’s meal preparation and serving brought our learners together in a warm and caring environment. From preparing fresh ingredients to serving wholesome meals, everyone contributed to making sure that our beneficiaries receive the nourishment they need to stay healthy, energized, and ready to learn. 🌱🍚🥗

Learning continues. Every missed day is an opportunity to catch up and move forward.

As part of our efforts to make up for lost instructional time, Bangbangolan National High School conducted August Make-Up Classes, bringing learners and teachers together for meaningful learning activities.

Despite interruptions brought by class suspensions, our commitment remains unwavering: to ensure that every learner continues to learn and that no learning opportunity is left behind.

👩‍🏫 Teachers continue to guide, facilitate, and monitor learning.
👨‍🎓 Learners actively participate, collaborate, read, study, and complete learning tasks.

Today, we at Bangbangolan National High School join the nation in commemorating Ninoy Aquino Day.

We remember Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr. and his courage, sacrifice, and unwavering belief in the Filipino people. His life reminds us that love of country is not only shown through grand acts, but also through the everyday choices we make to stand for truth, freedom, integrity, and democracy.
