Ang buwan ng Oktubre ay nakatuon sa pagtaas ng kamalayan sa Mental Health. Pinapalaganap ng DCCTCG ang kamalayan sa kalusugang pangkaisipan, paghikayat sa paghingi ng tulong, at pagtatama sa maling pananaw sa usaping mental illness dahil ang kalusugan ng kaisipan ay esensyal na sangkap sa kabuuang kalusugan at kagalingan ng pagkatao.

Upang matulungan ang mga mag-aaral at magulang matamo ang kapanatagan at malusog na kaisipan, Narito ang panimulang pagpapakilala sa konsepto ng Mindfulness na maaaring matutuhan at magamit.

Laging Isaisip , hindi ka nag-iisa at narito kami upang gumabay.
