Lorma Colleges - College of Computer Studies and Engineering students secured 2nd place in the 1st Provincial ICT Program (PIP): PATCH Hackathon held on August 28–29, 2025, in San Fernando, La Union. 💻

The team was composed of Rhickwel Valdez (BSIT), Helena Rica Mahinay (BSCS), and Elijah Garrence dela Rosa (BSCS), guided by their mentor Coach J***y Versola.

This achievement highlights the talent of Lormanian students in using technology for innovation and community service.

La Union held its 3rd SIKLAB Innovation Week on June 23–25, 2025, uniting innovators, educators, youth leaders, and partners for future-ready ideas.

LORMA Colleges proudly won 2nd Place with Blue Box: An IoT-Based Small-Scale Maritime Vessel Emergency Tracker, developed by Kathryn Deille Abasolo, Risha May Balanon, and Den Mark Sarmiento, under the guidance of Dr. Janelli Mendez.
