LOOK | Today marked the third Monitoring and Evaluation of School Health and Safety for School Year 2025–2026 at Archbishop Emilio Cinense Memorial Integrated School, led by Nurse Gherine Serrano Tayag, and Ma’am Rizel Oflaria.
This activity focused on reviewing and strengthening the school’s health and safety systems, ensuring that existing protocols, facilities, and practices remain compliant with the standards of the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Department of Health (DOH).
The monitoring covered key areas such as:
• School health services and first aid preparedness
• Nutrition and feeding program implementation
• Sanitation and hygiene facilities
• Safety measures and emergency response readiness
• Physical and psychosocial well-being of learners and personnel
This third visit highlights the school’s continuous commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and learner-centered environment. It also provided valuable technical guidance and recommendations aimed at sustaining improvement in school health and safety practices.

LOOK: WinS Monitoring and Evaluation | August 6, 2025
In support of DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2016, also known as the “Policy and Guidelines for the Comprehensive Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene in Schools (WinS) Program),” our Archbishop Emilio Cinense Memorial Integrated School is proudly participated in the recent WinS Monitoring and Evaluation conducted by the DepEd Health and Nutrition Unit. This initiative is part of our commitment to promoting proper hygiene, safe sanitation, and a clean learning environment for all.
We are proud to announce that our school received a 3-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for both the elementary and secondary levels, a reflection of our continued dedication to ensuring the health and safety of our students and staff.

LOOK: School-Based Immunization Program (SBIP) 2025 💉👧🧒
In partnership with the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Education (DepEd), our school will once again take part in the School-Based Immunization Program (SBIP) this August.
This program is designed to protect our learners from vaccine-preventable diseases through FREE and accessible vaccination services right here in school.
Students from Grade 1 and Grade 7 will receive Measles-Rubella (MR) and Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) vaccines, while Grade 4 female students will be given the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
We encourage all parents and guardians to participate and support this health initiative, as it plays a vital role in keeping our children safe, healthy, and ready to learn. 💪📚

LOOK: On June 19, 2025, Nurse Gherine Serrano Tayag, Rizel Oflaria, and Dra. Elizabeth Ann Santos spearheaded the first Monitoring and Evaluation of School Health and Safety at Archbishop Emilio Cinense Memorial Integrated School for School Year 2025–2026.
This initiative aimed to assess the overall health and safety environment of the school, ensuring that all protocols, facilities, and practices are aligned with the current standards set by the Department of Education and the Department of Health.
Key areas of evaluation included:
•Health services and first aid readiness
•Nutrition and feeding program implementation
•Sanitation and hygiene facilities
•Safety protocols and emergency preparedness
•Physical and psychosocial well-being of learners and staff
Their visit marks a significant step in strengthening the school’s commitment to providing a safe, healthy, and learner-friendly environment for all. The evaluation also served as an opportunity to give technical assistance and recommendations for continuous improvement.
