Saguin Integrated School proudly celebrates the successful culmination of Nutrition Month 2026 through a series of meaningful and engaging activities that promoted the health, wellness, and holistic development of our learners. 💚

Throughout the month of July, our students actively participated in:
✅ Deworming Activity
🧠 Mental Health Talk
🥗 "Kumain ng Wastong Pagkain" Activity
🎨 Nutrition Month Poster Making Contest
💃 "Dancing While Laughing is the Best Medicine"
🪥 Handwashing and Toothbrushing Activity for our Primary Learners

These activities strengthened our learners' understanding of proper nutrition, personal hygiene, mental wellness, disease prevention, physical fitness, and healthy lifestyle practices. More importantly, they encouraged every learner to make healthier choices that will positively impact their future.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our school administrators, teachers, health coordinators, parents, and learners whose active participation and unwavering support made this celebration a great success.
