24th day of March 2023, when we started our survey with the use of google form ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfa_Xk-63SfuwKDHmUbORT2_QMNHuubD1uZM4cy6wRqFsrPVQ/viewform?usp=sf_link ). It was intended for Grade 10 and Senior High School students of Don Eulogio de Guzman Memorial National High School. But first, we make sure that the series of questions and choices are grammatically correct with the help of our SHS Teacher II - Grammarian, Mr. Agodilla. Then March 28 in the same year, we continue the distribution of survey questionnaires (hard copies) in order for us to achieve the 20 respondents for every grade level.
