LTO Region 3 - Drivers Education Center

Patuloy parin ang pagbibigay ng libreng seminar o Theoretical Driving Course ng LTO Region 3 Driver’s Education Center para sa mga nais makakuha ng kanilang Student Permit. Bahagi po ng seminar ay dumadaan sa pagsusulit o written examination ang ating mga applicants upang masiguro na kanilang naintindihan ang mga modules na itinuro sa kanilang seminar.

Patuloy parin po ang adhikain ng Land Transportation Office Region 3 na siguraduhing lahat ng aspiring applicants na gustong kumuha ng kanilang lisensya ay dumaan sa Seminar at may sapat na kaalaman patungkol sa mga batas sa pagmamaneho.

As of today December 12,2022, meron napo tayong total ng 3,370 students na natapos at pumasa ng Theoretical Driving Course bago sila nakakuha ng kanilang Student Permit.

Para po sa mga gustong makakuha ng kanilang Student Permit, kailangan po naten magtake ng Theoretical Driving Course. Ito po ay face to face seminar na kung saan tuturuan po ang mga aspiring applicants for Driver’s License. Meron po tayong inooffer na free Theoretical Driving Course sa LTO Region 3 Driver’s Education Center. Sa mga nais pong magtake ng seminar mangyari lamang po na tayo ay magpaschedule para po makakuha kayo ng inyong slot. Pakibasa na lamang po ang instruction sa ibaba kung papaano po kayo makakapagpaschedule.

Since August 2020, LTO Region 3's Driver's Education Center (DEC) has been committed to producing highly qualified drivers through their free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC).

As of November 18, 2021, the LTO Region 3 DEC has produced a total of 2,684 TDC graduates in 128 batches.

The LTO stands by the five pillars of its Road Safety Action Plan (RSAP). This includes ensuring that only qualified and knowledgeable drivers are allowed to traverse our roads. The establishment of DECs aims to inculcate discipline and reinforce the learnings of the drivers on road safety and proper road courtesy.

Upang makapagpa-schedule sa free 15-hr Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for 3 days, pumunta lamang po kayo sa aming tanggapan mula Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm at dalhin po ang inyong PSA Birth Certificate o Valid Passport.
