Today, we celebrate the courage, sacrifices, and love for country shown by our Filipino heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today. Because of their bravery and dedication, we are able to live in a free nation and pursue our dreams.

As students, we may not have experienced the struggles they faced, but we can honor their legacy in our own simple ways. By making good choices, respecting others, helping our community, and doing what is right, we show that their sacrifices were not in vain.

From the BKD Family, may this day remind us to appreciate our freedom, value our responsibilities, and continue becoming better individuals for our school, community, and country.

🎉 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 2026 🎉

After 5 days of hard work and teamwork, our Brigada Eskwela has finally come to a successful end. As BKD Officers, we are grateful to everyone who became part of this journey and helped make our school ready for the upcoming school year.

We would like to thank our fellow BKD Officers for giving their time, effort, and dedication throughout the week. Kahit pagod, busy, and minsan ay maulan ang panahon, tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang pagtutulungan para matapos ang mga gawain at mapaganda ang ating paaralan.

We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to all the people who shared their blessings through donations, materials, and support. Your kindness and generosity helped us accomplish more than we could have done alone. Every contribution, whether big or small, was greatly appreciated.

Despite the rainy weather on some days, hindi ito naging hadlang para maipagpatuloy ang ating mga gawain. We continued to show up, help one another, and do our best because we all shared one goal—to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for every student.

This experience reminded us that teamwork and cooperation can go a long way. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng tumulong, sumuporta, at naniwala sa layunin ng Brigada Eskwela. We are proud of what we have achieved together.

The SDO CSFP- Health and Nutrition Unit expresses its unwavering support for the 2026 Celebration of National No Smoking Month and World No To***co Day, anchored on the theme, “Unmasking the Appeal: Exposing Industry Tactics on To***co and Ni****ne Products.” This initiative highlights the urgent need to raise awareness about the harmful effects of to***co and ni****ne use, as well as the deliberate strategies employed by industries to make these products appear attractive, particularly to the youth. By bringing these tactics to light, the Department aims to strengthen prevention efforts and promote informed, health-conscious decision-making among learners and the wider community.

In line with this commitment, the Department calls on educators, school leaders, parents, and stakeholders to actively support and participate in advocacy efforts that foster healthy, smoke-free environments. Through sustained education, collaboration, and policy support, the Department seeks to empower learners with the knowledge and resilience needed to resist misleading influences and adopt healthier lifestyles.
