RSU-SFC joins the region-wide simultaneous launch of the CHED-UniFAST LBP PISO Account, an initiative of Commission on Higher Education through UniFAST in partnership with LandBank of the Philippines, aimed at facilitating smoother, faster, and more efficient processing of financial assistance through digital banking for student beneficiaries.

Through this initiative, TES and TDP grantees are provided with official LandBank accounts, ensuring a more streamlined, secure, and accessible delivery of their benefits.

They told her to be soft —
as if softness meant silence,
as if gentleness were another name for submission.

They wanted her voice to move like morning dew, quiet and unnoticed,
like wind that passes, mountains without daring to touch their height.

But her heart did not learn softness alone.
It learned thunder.

In streets where laughter was louder when spoken about men,
she carried the weight of words left unspoken,
walking with dignity worn like armor beneath expectations that tried to shrink her existence.

They called her fragile, delicate, breakable —
as if strength was only meant to live inside male shadows.

Yet fragility was never the language written in her bones.
She grew in soil pressed by footsteps of doubt,
watered by traditions that whispered,
“Speak only when permitted.”

But the woman learned that silence is not the birthplace of respect.
Equality is not a crown placed above bowed heads,
nor a favor given when society feels generous.
It is the meeting of hands without measuring whose heartbeat is louder,
without asking whose strength is heavier,
without turning humanity into competition.

She is not a shadow waiting for permission to shine.
