Position for both the Editorial Board and Editorial Staff are open to old students, freshmen, returnees, and transferees.

ATTENTION: ALL CONTINUING STUDENTS (2ND YEAR TO 4TH YEAR)

Please be informed that the enrollment period for Continuing Students for the upcoming Academic Year will be from July 6–14, 2026.

All students are encouraged to complete the enrollment process within the scheduled dates to avoid inconvenience and delays. Kindly follow the official enrollment procedures carefully and prepare all necessary documents beforehand.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

1️⃣ Secure your Grades/Grade Slip from your respective Professors/Lecturers.
Submit your Grade Slip to the Registrar’s Office to obtain your Clearance Form and have it signed by the required signatories.

2️⃣ Once all required signatures have been completed, submit your signed Clearance Form to the Registrar’s Office and claim your Subjects to Enroll Slip.

3️⃣ Proceed to your respective Department to obtain your ROUTE FORM.
Fill out the necessary information and submit the accomplished ROUTE FORM to your Department for verification. Please wait for the release of your Certificate of Registration (COR).

4️⃣ Upon receiving your Certificate of Registration (COR), proceed to the Cashiering Unit and wait for your turn in the queue.

5️⃣ Submit your COR to the Registrar’s Office to officially complete your enrollment.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Ensure that all required signatures and documents are complete before proceeding to the next step.
• Students are advised to follow proper order and observe discipline during the enrollment process.
