~ DID YOU KNOW? ~

- According to studies supported by UNICEF, 1 in 3 Filipino students has experienced bullying in school, based on results from the 2022 Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA).

Have you been bullied before, and you probably didn’t realize that it was bullying already?

Well, here are the 4 main types of bullying:

1.) 𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 - 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒄𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒌𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔.

- Insults, name-calling & throwing harsh comments.

2.) 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 - 𝑺𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔.

- Spreading rumors, gossiping & ruining someone’s reputation or image.

3.) 𝑪𝒚𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 - 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒉𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒔.

- Sending threats, Sending unkind messages.

4.) 𝑷𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 - 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚

- Kicking, pushing & hitting.


Bullying has become one of the most common issues in our society. Bullying someone physically, mentally, or emotionally can lead to trauma and fear. Whether through social media, words, or actions, no one deserves to be treated that way. We are all human beings — therefore, we are all equal.

Being different is never an excuse to bully someone. We are different for a reason, and that is something we should not be ashamed of — but something we should celebrate and be proud of.

Showing empathy is all it takes to show kindness. Everyone deserves to be heard, valued, and respected just like anyone else. We may have big differences, but we all have equal rights.

𝙎𝘼𝙔 𝙉𝙊 — The first step in ending bullying is saying no. You must gather the courage to refuse such behavior.


𝙏𝘼𝙆𝙀 𝘼 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙉𝘿 — Do not ignore the issue, do not let it grow, and be a voice for the weak.


𝙊𝙋𝙀𝙉 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙃𝙀𝘼𝙍𝙏 — Instead of putting others down or showing cruelty, let us choose to understand and accept them.

𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙏𝙀𝘾𝙏 — Do not be afraid, but stand against bullying. Stand up for yourself, stand up for others, and be a voice of equality.


Never tolerate bullying. Let us all choose 𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙋 instead. ✊🏻

Take note, here are the OFFICIAL LAW AND POLICIES that prohibit and addresses bullying:

⚖️ 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙀𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢 𝙉𝙤. 002, 𝙨. 2026
- It ensures safer schools by requiring immediate reporting and strict accountability against bullying.

⚖️ 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙀𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢 𝙉𝙤. 090, 𝙨. 2025
- It promotes awareness and unity among students, teachers, and parents to keep education free from bullying.

- It guarantees stronger protection for victims and clearer rules to ensure a safe learning environment for all.

The LRP Focals facilitated the distribution of goods from the DepEd Regional Office III to our dedicated CSF Knights Athletes. The items distributed included Milo, Fudgee Bar, and Fresh Q Juice, aimed at supporting and energizing our learners during program activities.
