09 April 2026 (Thursday) has been declared as a Regular Holiday in commemoration of the 𝘈𝘳𝘢𝘸 𝘯𝘨 𝘒𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯.

In line with this, all synchronous classes (both face-to-face and online), asynchronous activities, on-campus office transactions, and OLFU Concierge services across all Campuses are suspended on Thursday, April 9th.

In these trying times brought on by world strife, rising fuel costs, and the ballooning cost of living, compassion within the Fatima Community becomes our beacon in the way forward. Hence, to help ease burdens, OLFU will implement the following supportive interventions:

#𝟭 𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞/ 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗬 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞: 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟬𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
Total Suspension Across All Levels: Face-to-face classes, online synchronous, and asynchronous activities

#𝟮 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦: Alternating Weeks Between Face-to-Face and Online Synchronous Classes

COVERS: Basic Education, Senior High School, Baccalaureate Programs, Dentistry, and Medicine

WHEN: April 06, 2026 until the end of the Second Semester SY 2025-2026 (unless superseded by other announcements)

EXCEPTIONS:
• College of Nursing: Will continue its own current version of alternating modalities
• Graduate School: Will continue its current mode of delivery
• ALL MAJOR ASSESSMENTS (Prelims, Midterms, Finals) will be conducted F2F on-campus.
• All F2F Onsite: OJT’s, Practicum, Clerkships, and Internships (or as directed by partner institutions administering the training)

#𝟯 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
• Regular Operations: Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Student Financial Services, IT Office, Purchasing, and General Services
• Employees’ Weekly Schedule: 4 days On-Campus and 1 day Work-from-Home *𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘧𝘧 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦/𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘷𝘢𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬-𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮-𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦.
