SFCS Closing Exercises!

In light of the recent unfortunate incident where two (2) classrooms of San Fernando Central School were destroyed by FIRE , we are faced with critical shortage of learning spaces, this situation has significantly disrupted the delivery of quality education , affecting the comfort and productivity of both learners and teachers. In response to this, we appeal for any possible support in temporary learning materials and other essential resources to assist in creating an effective educational space, we remain hopeful for your immediate response . Rest assured that we will coordinate closely on the said learning shelter. Thank you for your kind attention and continued support for the welfare of the learners!

-FULLY ACCOMPLISHED APPLICATION FORM
-1x1 ID PICTURE
-CERTIFICATION FROM CLASS ADVISER/SCHOOL
HEAD THAT THE LEARNER IS BELONG TO THE
UPPER 10% OF THE CLASS

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

STEP 1
PREPARE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE
2. Fully accomplished APPLICATION FORM from the school
3. 1x1 ID picture
4. CERTIFICATION FROM CLASS ADVISER/SCHOOL
HEAD THAT THE LEARNER IS BELONG TO THE
UPPER 10% OF THE CLASS

STEP 2
-Upon the submission of requirements, accompany
the applicant for the preliminary assessment
(interview and reading assessment).

STEP 3
-secure a copy of the first screening schedule.
STEP 4
-Be present on the first screening schedule.
STEP 5
-Wait for the announcement of qualified applicants for the second screening.
