The seminar-workshop brought together ๐ณ๐ฏ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ representing ๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ in the ๐ ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐๐ป๐ฎ, ๐๐ฎ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, providing them with practical training in basic computer operations, file and folder management, Microsoft Word, spreadsheet applications, and mail merge to enhance office efficiency and support more responsive public service.
The training was facilitated by ๐๐๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ผ, ๐ ๐๐, Program Head of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, and ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐บ๐ฎ ๐. ๐ ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐, MBA, PASOAโSLC Adviser. The activity also served as the ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ (๐ฆ๐๐ฃ) ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ข๐๐ ๐ฏ โ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด, enabling PASOAโSLC officers and BSOA students to apply their classroom knowledge while strengthening their leadership, teamwork, communication, and community engagement skills through meaningful service.
The successful implementation of the program was made possible through the support of the College of Business and Accountancy, headed by ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐. ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ท๐ถ๐บ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ, Academic Dean; the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Department; the Community Extension and CICM Advocacies Office (CECA), headed by ๐ ๐. ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐. ๐ฆ๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ป; and the Municipality of Luna, La Union, through ๐ ๐. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐๐ป ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด.
As part of the ๐ฆ๐๐-๐ฆ๐๐๐จ ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ป๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ, PASOAโSLC remains committed to extending learning beyond the classroom through community-based initiatives that promote digital literacy, strengthen local governance, and provide students with meaningful experiential learning opportunities.
