Resharing this today for Su***de Prevention Month. ๐ฉต๐
Su***de Prevention is something we can all be part of. learning to recognize warning signs, taking changes in someoneโs behavior seriously, and asking โare you okay?โ can open an important conversation.
if someone is struggling, listen without judgment, stay with them when possible, and encourage them to reach out to a trusted person or mental health professional. you donโt need to have all the answersโyou just need to be willing to listen and help them find support.
Letโs keep the conversation going, not only today, but every day. ๐ซ
โ ๏ธNOTE: Ang post na ito ay tungkol sa mental health, intense sadness, depression, at su***de prevention, na maaaring maging sensitive para sa iba. If youโre feeling overwhelmed, alone, or struggling emotionally, donโt hesitate to reach out to someone you trustโa friend, teacher, family member, or mental health professional.
