STATE OF THE SCHOOL ADDRESS 2025–2026
San Rafael Technical Vocational High School

San Rafael Technical Vocational High School continues to deliver quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education, serving 808 learners—classified as a Large School.

Despite this, the school operates on a limited land area, resulting in classroom shortages, shifting schedules in Junior High School, and the need to hold major events like graduation in external venues—this year at San Felipe Elementary School (West).

Amid these challenges, the school continues to move forward.

Overall MPS: 56.63% (improving trend)

Struggling readers reduced from 7.65% to 0.87%

Independent numerates increased from 50.72% to 71.44%
