Ready to sail!
The College of Education, Faculty and Student Teachers, Pinning Ceremony and Send-off program takes place in the afternoon event of the day 2 of the Pre-service Teachers Orientation and Workshop.

The afternoon program started by an inspirational message coming from the brilliant, Dr. Emelyn B. Ligasan, Director of the ISUFST Special Projects who imparted her experiences as an educator for about 30 years in the service. The message that she had shared will surely be in the hearts and minds of the pre-service teachers as they continue their journey in the field of teaching.

The program was followed by the Presentation of the Student Teachers for Deployment by Instr. Russel Yamit, SIPP Coordinator of the College of Education and after that, the Confirmation by Prof. Junal M. Marcon, Program Chair of BSED.

With great joy and excitement, the seniors of the College of Education come up on stage to receive their certificates and and their pins in a form of saying that they've surpass the three difficult years of their college life and is about the end firmly by being in their last year as an education students, and with pride and honor, student teachers began the Oath for Teachers lead by Instr. Russel Yamit. The genuine smile and joyous faces at the end tells that they are ready to face the amazing world of teaching.

Creating another milestone for our future educators.

Pre-service Teachers Orientation and Seminar-workshop, Pinning ceremony and send-off program with the theme: "Combatting the challenges; Strengthening Pre-service teachers preparation" held at the Civic and Cultural Center, September 27-28, 2023.

The first day of seminar was attended by the 4th year students from the College of Education with the amazing bright stars that will guide them for their educational future giving their messages and sharing their knowledge. With the head held up high, passion for teaching and eagerness to share their knowledge, guests speakers Mrs. Ferlie Joy M. Lanaria, Senior High School II at Passi National High School who lectured about Lesson Planning, Classroom Management, and Teaching Strategies and Mrs. Rizzalee O. Genova, Guidance Counselor I at Passi National High School shared about Ethics in Teaching and Etiquettes in the classroom, both played an amazing role in sharing their insights and molding their minds to greatness and positivity and casting the knowledge of the 4th year students on why teaching is the noblest profession of all.

The second day of the seminar and orientation was attended by the first amazing lecturer, Mrs. Janalve P. Pecate a Master Teacher I, Subject Group Head of the ABM and Research Department at Passi National High School shared her knowledge about Action Research among the 4th year students and was followed by an another brilliant lecturer Dr. Mary Faith Lidawan a Master Teacher II, a Subject Group Head of the English Department at Passi National High School partake her wisdom about Assessment in Learning and Reporting of Grades. These day 2 lectures are indeed great educators that helped to broaden the the knowledge of each student teachers.

This occasion is with great pleasure and anticipation to all future educators and is a testament to their dedication for the teaching profession.

Hold your breath and show your presence as we witness this prestigious event live on February 10, 2023 at the ISUFST - San Enrique Campus Civic and Cultural Center. ✨

Time Awareness:
Attendance: 7:00-8:00am
Morning Program: 8:00-11:00am
Mr. and Ms. COED 2023: 1:00-5:00pm

Remarks: Other departments are welcome to watch the COED Program as long as you don't have a class scheduled within that event.

ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL THE ISUFST-SEC COED STUDENTS:

Due to many concerns regarding the online voting for Mr. & Ms. Popularity and Best in Uniform, the COED Steering Council Officers together with their advisers decided that the gained reactions of all candidates will be considered invalid and the post will be taken down.

To resume and prohibit the high risk of automatic reactions, we improved the online voting system. Instead of posting the picture on Facebook to gain reactions, we will be providing an ONLINE GOOGLE FORM wherein you can fill in your basic data and choose your desired candidate in that certain position. This is to ensure the student body that the results after the cut off time is indeed correct. In line with the securing of basic personal information, it is intended to avoid unknown dummy email accounts.

NOTE: We are highly encouraging everyone to use your registered school email when answering the google forms.

THE OFFICIAL ONLINE GOOGLE VOTING FORM WILL BE OUT ON FEBRUARY 9, 2023, 12:00 AM PHILIPPINES STANDARD TIME.
