This success is made possible through the 100% unwavering support of the LGU of San Carlos, led by City Mayor Hon. Julier “Ayoy” Resuello and City Vice Mayor Joseres “Bogs” Resuello. We also give our deepest recognition to Engr. Casillan, Co-Founder of BCC, and we honor the legacy of the late City Mayor Julian Resuello, our beloved Co-Founder, whose vision continues to guide us.
