This month, and every month, we are reminded that mental health matters and so do you. Your struggles do not define you, and your life holds a meaning that no one else can ever replace. If you are feeling lost, remember— 𝒀𝑶𝑼 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆. There is hope🤞, there is help🫂, and there are people who deeply care about you ❤️‍🩹.
