𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒔 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉💙🎗️

A time to remember the lives we have lost, those who struggled with SI, and all affected by su***de.

An estimated 10-20 million people attempt to end their own life each year. About 740,00 die to su***de every year, that’s about one person every 40 seconds.

This month, and every month, we are reminded that mental health matters and so do you. Your struggles do not define you, and your life holds a meaning that no one else can ever replace. If you are feeling lost, remember— 𝒀𝑶𝑼 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆. There is hope🤞, there is help🫂, and there are people who deeply care about you ❤️‍🩹.

Please reach out, speak up, and hold on. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁. 🌎💛

You will never know what’s in the mind of each person or what they face every day. So check up on your loved ones even if they seem okay! ✨
