Applicants are encouraged to complete the process within the given period to secure their slot in their chosen program.

Please be advised that all unconfirmed or unfilled slots after the deadline shall be offered to applicants currently included in the waitlist.

In addition to the three (3) 2x2 ID pictures with a name tag indicated in the enrollment guide, kindly prepare one (1) additional 2x2 ID picture for the records of the Medical-Dental Services Unit.

In total, please prepare 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 (𝟰) 𝟮𝘅𝟮 𝗜𝗗 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.

As part of the enrollment requirements, please secure one (1) long folder with a plastic cover and bring your own ballpen.

Pangasinan State University – San Carlos City Campus College Admission Test results are out. Applicants may now check their admission status at admission.psu.edu.ph/status.

Only those marked “Qualified for Interview” will proceed to the next stage. No rescheduling will be accommodated.

Interview Date: April 28, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The first batch of the PSU-SC College Admission Test will be held on March 25–26, 2026.

Applicants are advised to check their application status, complete all required documents, and follow the examination guidelines below:

𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Printed examination permit (via admission portal)
• Valid ID (School ID, National ID, Driver’s License, Barangay Clearance with photo, or NBI Clearance)
• One (1) black ballpen
• One (1) clean A4 bond paper

𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀
• Electronic devices (phones, tablets, smartwatches) are not allowed inside the venue
• No taking of photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Wear a plain white shirt and decent pants or slacks (no slippers)
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time
• Leave the premises immediately after the examination

In addition, applicants who do not appear on the list are advised to check their application status and comply with any pending requirements. Those marked with the following must take action immediately:
