Last September 10, the Student Development and Placement Center (SDPC) joins the global call to “Change the Narrative on Su***de” and “Start the Conversation.”

As part of this meaningful advocacy, the SDPC conducted a Su***de Prevention and Awareness Session reaching students from Basic Education to the College Department. Through these sessions, students were given a safe space to learn, reflect, express their feelings, and understand the importance of seeking help and supporting one another.

Sometimes, a simple “How are you?” can open a conversation that matters.

IN PHOTOS: Peer Facilitator's Training 2026

The Student Development and Placement Center (SDPC) successfully conducted the Training Course for Peer Facilitators, with Team Building Activity, last September 5, 2026, at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR).

The training equipped the new members of Peer Facilitators with essential knowledge and skills to become responsible, empathetic, and supportive peers who can make a positive difference in the lives of fellow students. Through meaningful discussions, interactive activities, and team-building exercises, participants strengthened their communication, teamwork, and helping skills.

Congratulations to our newly trained Peer Facilitators! May you continue to be a source of hope, kindness, and positive influence within our school community.
