The Learning Resource Center (LRC) provides access to a wide range of online electronic resources designed to support the academic, instructional, and research needs of students, faculty, and other members of the academic community.

Through these digital resources, users can explore e-books, academic journals, research databases, scholarly publications, and other reliable learning materials conveniently and efficiently.

Efforts to enhance academic resources continued as the Pangasinan State University - San Carlos City Campus Learning Resource Center (LRC), together with campus librarians and faculty representatives, participated in the Book Exhibit 2026 held on April 14 to 15, 2026, at the PSU Lingayen Campus DVITC Library.
Led by Campus Librarian Ms. Mary Ann M. Pacio, the delegation, composed of faculty members from various departments, took part in the evaluation of book titles to ensure alignment with curricular requirements and academic programs of the campus.
Participating faculty members included Dr. Josephine D. Reyes, Ms. Catherine Sudario, Mr. Reynante Rosal, Mr. Dennis Mendoza, Mr. Jesse Padlan, Dr. Charmaine P. Pintes, Dr. Myra C. Catungal, Dr. Rea Tiangson, Ms. Debbie Quimson, Dr. Ronnie Soriano, Mr. Jayson Salvatierra, Ms. Caryl Paragas, Ms. Ailleen Catungal, Ms. Paula Marie De Vera, Dr. Reyjohn R. Frias, Mr. Paul Nigel Abalos, and Mr. Clarence Joy B. Nanlabi, who carefully reviewed available titles for possible acquisition.
The two-day exhibit provided a venue for academic collaboration, allowing participants to assess updated learning materials that support instruction, research, and student learning.
The activity was spearheaded by University LRC Head Ms. Mary Ann C. Mangapot, with the involvement of university officials, including University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, Vice President for Academics and Student Services Dr. Weenalei T. Fajardo, and Director for Student and Alumni Affairs Dr. Marinuelle T. Aquino.
The engagement was acknowledged by Campus Executive Director Dr. Gudelia M. Samson, who recognized the importance of strengthening library collections to support academic programs and student development.
Participation in the exhibit supports ongoing efforts to update library holdings and to provide the university with access to relevant, current learning resources.

Despite the temporary suspension of onsite services, access to the Library’s subscribed online resources will remain available to support your academic and research needs.
