This is based on the latest weather information and forecast issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). While the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to affect Luzon, Pangasinan is not included among the areas under the 50โ€“100 mm heavy rainfall outlook from today until tomorrow noon.

In compliance with Executive Order No. 66-D, Series of 2026, issued by the City Government of San Carlos through the City Information Office, face-to-face classes at all levels in both public and private schools are suspended on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

This decision is made due to the continuing threat posed by persistent rainfall associated with the Low Pressure Area (LPA), which may develop into Tropical Depression "Maymay," based on the latest weather forecast and the 24-hour Rainfall Advisory issued by PAGASA.

To ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, Bacnar National High School shall implement appropriate Alternative Delivery Modalities (ADM) and other suitable learning arrangements for the day.
